2. Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs and a 90-day warranty on replaced parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Service appointments can be booked online or via phone. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments. An invoice will be provided for all services rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your appliances, we are not liable for any pre-existing issues or indirect damages that may occur during the repair process.
